Event coverage

Commercial video, events, livestream, and social coverage in Trinidad and Tobago.

We handle video production Trinidad with briefs in writing, event coverage Trinidad for conferences and corporate programmes, livestream Trinidad with encoding and monitoring when the job needs it, and social media coverage Trinidad when publish windows and brand rules are fixed in advance. Each job lists approvers, deliverables, and on-site roles before load-in.

Stills—product, event, corporate, and social—sit next to video when the job needs both. Video on this site stays the main proof; photos fill in where they help.

Why teams use Kinesis

  • Combined schedules. When one programme needs commercial capture, events, a stream, and social pulls, we book crew and audio so roles do not conflict.
  • Local estimates. Load-in, power, room noise, and travel are in the quote—not added as surprise line items on site.
  • Files that match the sign-off path. Masters, recaps, and cuts are produced to the approvers, brand lines, and archive needs named in the scope.
  • Handoffs named early. When social coverage and event documentation both run, pull lists and editor shifts are fixed before doors open.

Practical on-site support

When the programme needs more than cameras, we add on-site production support inside event coverage or livestream & hybrid —only what fits capture and streaming, not a generic rental list.

  • Display screens

Confidence monitors, relay surfaces, and signage paths coordinated with stage and stream.

  • Compact audio support

Reinforcement where room intelligibility matters for both audience and documentation mics.

  • Podium & microphones

Handheld, lav, and podium paths matched to session format and stream submix needs.

  • Resilient connectivity

Including Starlink or wired strategies when uplink risk threatens hybrid or upload deadlines.

  • Light backup power

Targeted backup for critical paths—switchers, encoders, or comms—not whole-venue promises.

How it works

From first call to a written scope—plain steps, no jargon phases.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Audience, dates, venues, deliverables, approvers, and channel rules—written down so the estimate matches the brief.

  2. 02

    Scope & estimate

Crew, capture plan, stream path (if any), turnaround, and explicit out-of-scope items.

  3. 03

    Pre-production

Run-of-show, rehearsal blocks, shot priorities for social, and risk checklists for venue constraints.

  4. 04

    Execution & delivery

Show-day discipline, monitored streams, and handoff of masters and agreed cutdowns.

Common questions

Short answers here; the full FAQ goes deeper.

Do you cover corporate programmes only, or consumer events too?
We work with companies, institutions, conferences, agencies, and public-sector programmes. Wedding packages are handled by our sister brand, not on this site. Briefs here assume approvals, procurement, and brand rules.
How do event coverage and livestream scopes relate?
Event coverage is documentation and recap from the room. Livestream and hybrid add encoding, monitoring, and uplink planning for people watching remotely. You can book either or both; if both, we align audio and rehearsal before show day.
What belongs in a quote request?
Dates or range, venue or city, who the audience is, what you need delivered (masters, recap, social cuts, stream target), who approves, and any brand or legal constraints. Specifics get a faster, clearer estimate.
